As a key member of our roofing crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of commercial roofing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of roofing crew members, ensuring timely completion of projects and adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to prevent delays or defects.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans, including material procurement and labor scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Train and mentor crew members to improve their skills and knowledge.

• 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with a focus on foreman or supervisory roles.
• Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
