UMass Memorial Health is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality CT scans in inpatient and outpatient settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct CT scans accurately and efficiently, adhering to departmental and professional standards.
- Gather and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring timely completion of paperwork and billings.
- Position and transfer patients safely, assisting physicians with interventional exams as needed.
- Complete exams promptly, perform quality control on images, and send exams to PACS for physician review.
- Graduate of an accredited radiological program.
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) or NMTCB certified in diagnostic CT.
- Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
