Job Title: Preschool Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Preschool Assistant at CrossLife Church. As a member of our preschool staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and spiritual growth of our 3-year-old students.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist teaching staff with instructional tasks, ensuring a smooth and effective learning environment.
  • Support students individually or in groups, helping them grasp complex concepts and reinforcing their understanding.
  • Provide guidance and supervision for children, working collaboratively with teachers to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Greet children and parents warmly upon arrival and departure, fostering a sense of community and connection.
  • Contribute to the daily cleaning and maintenance of activity areas, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Administer discipline in a productive and Christian manner, adhering to established procedures.
  • PARTicipate in monthly staff meetings and other gatherings to coordinate program activities and enhance professional development.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma is required; experience working with children in a childcare setting is highly valued.
  • A spiritually committed believer possessing active Christian traits and values is essential for this role.

Estimated Salary: $30,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
