Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, dispensing medications, and promoting health and wellness in our communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including medication therapy management, immunizations, and health education.
  • Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and community partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest clinical guidelines, medications, and technologies to provide best-in-class care.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy team members to achieve business objectives, improve patient outcomes, and enhance the overall pharmacy experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
