Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at RogueSearch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with agreements.
- Contract Administration: Review and analyze contracts, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize procurement processes.
- Cost Control: Analyze and manage costs associated with procurement, identify areas for cost reduction, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Category Management: Develop and implement category management strategies to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including product, DCOs, CMs, FMs, PIMs, RPMs, and Sales teams.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve procurement-related issues, including conflicts and disputes with suppliers.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
