Compensation: $55 / hour

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Deliver direct instruction across various subjects, customized to meet the distinct requirements of each student
- Collaborate with fellow educators, families, and support personnel to ensure each student's success
- Track student progress and adapt teaching methods as necessary
- Foster a positive and inclusive educational atmosphere for all learners
- Bachelor's degree in special education or a related discipline
- Valid teaching certification in special education
- Experience working with students with disabilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Understanding of special education laws and regulations in Washington state
