As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food service to our residents and clients. Responsibilities
  • Assist the Cook in the preparation and service of meals
  • Place prepared food on plates/trays following tray tickets
  • Wash dishes and clean and sanitize the kitchen according to health standards
  • Utilize protective gear in all appropriate functions
  • Follow infection control and universal precautions policies and procedures
  • Respond to the paging system in a timely and appropriate manner
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Perform routine, repetitive tasks daily
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Specialized training in food service desirable
  • Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification required
