About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Assembly, a leading global media agency. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in transforming data insights into actionable strategies to enhance our clients' media performance.

Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of client cross-channel media performance, product, and customer data to identify important trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Communication: Contribute to analytics projects with internal teams, work closely with paid media teams and account managers to translate data insights into effective media strategy enhancements, and collaborate across departments to gather relevant data and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research, including competitor analysis and industry trends, to provide context for data analysis.
  • Technical Proficiency: Leverage expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) to extract meaningful insights.
  • Business Acumen: Understand business goals and objectives to align data insights with strategic marketing decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Economics, Business, etc.).
  • Experience in marketing analytics, preferably in a marketing agency setting.
  • Ability to navigate client relationships, with the support of senior team members.
  • Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Adaptable and open to learning new tools and methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
