Position Summary
We are in search of a dedicated **Registered Nurse specializing in Electrophysiology**. This role requires a skilled clinician with extensive experience in patient care, demonstrating a deep understanding of specific patient populations. The ideal candidate will utilize their knowledge, research, and clinical experience to adapt to varying situations in the healthcare environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering safe and effective patient care independently, employing the nursing process
- Implementing the Synergy Model for Care to tailor care to individual patient and family needs
- Engaging in respectful and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Accurately documenting the nursing process in the appropriate formats
- Incorporating patient and family input into care planning
- Assessing patient responses to care and modifying plans as necessary
- Advocating for patients based on a thorough understanding of their conditions
- Acknowledging and respecting cultural differences in patient and family interactions
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must possess a valid, active nursing license or a temporary permit approved by the relevant licensing board. Candidates should be graduates of an accredited nursing program with at least 12 months of recent nursing experience within the last five years or have recently completed a re-entry nursing program.
BLS certification is required, and ACLS certification may be necessary for specific departments.

Compensation
Hourly rate: $44.00 - $50.60, based on experience.
