Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or related field; CPA or MBA a plus but not required.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of management reporting, financial analysis, and/or accounting experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Technical Skills: Exceptional Excel and data skills, including advanced Excel functionality and ability to synthesize large data sets from different sources.
  • Reporting Tools: Proficiency in reporting tools, such as Hyperion, required; SAP experience preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with ability to prioritize and execute multiple deliverables simultaneously.
