Job Title: Physical Therapist

Spaulding Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients with impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate physical therapy needs according to organizational and professional guidelines.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that reflect understanding of patients' age and situation, including discharge plans.
  • Document patient progress and revise treatment plans as needed.
  • Orient, train, and mentor therapy and health care students to achieve stated performance improvement objectives.
  • Identify and act upon improvement opportunities to implement best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Licensed (and in good standing) as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the English language.
  • Basic skills in math and computer science.
  • Appropriate knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques to manage the rehabilitation population.
