Procurement Specialist

At Staffworks, we are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for identifying potential vendors and obtaining quotes, as well as ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential vendors to meet our purchasing needs.
• Obtain quotes and negotiate prices to ensure the best value for our organization.
• Manage and track purchase orders from receipt to delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of purchasing processes.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchases, returns, and related costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
