Landscape Maintenance Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our landscape maintenance team in Atlanta. As a Landscape Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring high-quality results.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of 6-8 maintenance personnel.
  • Develop and implement crew schedules and training programs.
  • Meet with clients to discuss proposals and concerns.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular property inspections and address issues promptly.
  • Manage fleet maintenance, equipment, and supplies.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President and Install Manager.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in management/scheduling and horticulture.
  • Category 24 pesticide certification required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
