Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Room Service Server to join our esteemed team. The Room Service Server plays a vital role in taking guests' orders via phone and delivering food and beverages directly to their rooms. This position requires ensuring the accuracy of food orders and delivering them in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the menus, ingredients, and preparation methods for all dishes, as well as the wine list and operational hours of all food and beverage outlets.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the room layout and overall property, including hotel amenities.
  • Accurately collect orders from the kitchen, ensuring they are prepared correctly, and efficiently deliver them to guests' rooms.
  • Process signed checks and reconcile daily sales accurately.
  • Assist in the collection of Room Service trays and other food and beverage items from guest rooms, including proper breakdown procedures.
  • Exhibit a thorough understanding of service etiquette standards and consistently apply these throughout the dining experience.
  • Deliver courteous and professional service at all times.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness in personal appearance, equipment, and facilities.
