The Part-Time Center Associate delivers exceptional customer service to all retail customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment and operating various business equipment. This role requires a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, a professional appearance, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries, practicing good listening skills and taking ownership of the customer's shipping needs.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and be willing to teach others.
  • Product Knowledge: Take action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding phone skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math.
  • Availability: Willing and able to work 25 to 30 hours per week for a 6-day work week.
  • Physical Demands: Able to lift 40+ pounds.
