Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Parts Sales Associate to oversee the parts sales process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have prior auto parts sales experience and possess strong organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Parts Sales Process Management: Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Parts Catalog Management: Be able to read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts, ensuring accurate and efficient ordering.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pull and fill orders from stock, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain a weekly bin check to ensure accuracy of stock, notifying the parts manager of any discrepancies or issues.
  • Customer Service: Provide high-level service to internal and external customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Setup: Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
Requirements
  • Education: Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Prior auto parts sales experience preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to read and interpret documents, and ability to calculate figures and amounts.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
