About the Role:

Graham Hospital District seeks a highly skilled Medical Records Coordinator to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient registration processes for patients.

This involves registering patients in our computer system, preparing admitting forms, authorizing insurance, and performing cashiering transactions.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to maintain accurate records, reports, and files as required.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Obtain and update patient demographic and financial information for accurate registration
  • Prepare patients' paperwork for each department
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, physicians, and staff
  • Verify insurance and obtain authorizations for services

This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary range of $40,000 - $55,000, depending on experience.
