Job Summary:
Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Apply the nursing process to the care of veteran patients undergoing surgical procedures in the operating room.
- Assure that appropriate documentation reflects assessment of patient needs, interdisciplinary treatment plans, clinical intervention, and evaluation of patients' responses to treatments.
- Assign and evaluate the work of non-nursing direct care providers assigned to the operating room.
- Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience in at least one of the following specialties: Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Robotic, or Endovascular Surgery.
- BLS-aha Required. CNOR Preferred.
- Scrub and Circulating Experience-Required. Epic documentation preferred.
- 1:1 Patient Ratio.
Requirements:
- Highly reliable and available to work all days, except those pre-disclosed prior to offer.
- No alternative jobs that would interfere with HMH schedule being a priority.
- BLS - AHA.
- NIHSS Cert.
- NJ or Compact RN license.
