Position Overview
We are looking for skilled Field Service Technicians to join our team at Blake & Pendleton Inc. This role involves providing on-site support, including start-up, preventive, and corrective maintenance for air compressor systems within the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a strong background in air compressor repair and will be responsible for:
  • Performing maintenance and repair tasks for a variety of customers across multiple industries, including manufacturing and utility sectors.
  • Utilizing knowledge of air compressor systems to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • Conducting routine preventative maintenance, such as oil changes and control adjustments.
  • Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to understand equipment operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols while executing tasks.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
  • A minimum of 5 years of industrial electrical and mechanical experience.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing various air compressor brands and components.
  • Experience with multimeters, amp meters, and other diagnostic tools.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • EPA certifications related to Freon handling are a plus.

Additional Skills
Successful candidates will also demonstrate:
  • Ability to read and comprehend wiring diagrams and P&I drawings.
  • Familiarity with different piping materials and installation techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent driving record and the ability to operate service vehicles.
