Schedule:
We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer a 4-day workweek, Monday through Thursday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Responsibilities:
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Welcome patients and ensure they are comfortable and prepared for their appointments.
- Assist our dentists in providing high-quality patient care, including preparing treatment rooms and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
- Monitor lab materials and supplies to ensure we have everything needed to provide exceptional care.
- Develop strong relationships with our patients, understanding their needs and concerns.
- Follow all OSHA and HIPAA guidelines to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Clean and sterilize instruments, prepare treatment rooms, and take high-quality dental radiographs.
- Contribute to our team's success by achieving business objectives and goals.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team members.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Dental Assistant with:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a dental office.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Other certifications as required by the state, such as Radiology Certification, CPR, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with dental software, such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar systems, is a plus.
