About the Role:

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to join its team of security experts dedicated to protecting organizations from advanced threats.

As a Regional Sales Director at CrowdStrike, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base across the assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies, building strong relationships with senior executives, and articulating our cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions to drive business results.

This is a Director-level opportunity within our Field Sales team, requiring a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of success in solution sales, target account selling, and consultative sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of senior sales professionals in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Develop and execute account strategies to expand revenue opportunities with existing customers and close new business deals
  • BUILD and maintain relationships with senior executives at key prospect accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visibility and drive engagement with target accounts
  • Prioritize and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring timely closure and exceeding revenue targets
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in solution sales, preferably in cybersecurity software or infrastructure products
  • Strong understanding of cloud and SaaS technologies, as well as competitive offerings in the market
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding revenue targets, with a proven ability to build executive relationships and drive business results
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to various audiences
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and analysis, with the ability to drive swift resolution and identify areas for improvement
