Overview
Kettering Health Network is a leading not-for-profit healthcare organization comprising multiple medical facilities and outpatient centers dedicated to enhancing the healthcare experience across southwest Ohio. Our mission focuses on delivering exceptional care at every stage of life, fostering education for future healthcare professionals, and engaging in community outreach.
Key Responsibilities
As an MRI Technologist, your responsibilities will include:
- Working autonomously while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
- Conducting high-quality MRI examinations in a timely manner.
- Engaging positively with diverse patient demographics and their families, providing reassurance to those who may feel anxious during procedures.
- Assisting in various tasks as required and supporting other departments when necessary.
- Being available for on-call duties and holiday shifts as needed.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- Graduation from an ARRT accredited MRI educational program and current MRI registration, or
- Registration in Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Therapy, or Sonography with ARRT MRI certification within one year.
- Current BLS certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in MRI.
- ARRT (MR) certification.
- Willingness to participate in holiday rotation.
- Availability for shifts from Friday to Sunday, 7 AM to 7:30 PM.
