Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales floor team. As a Sales Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service, engage with customers, and assist them in finding the right products for their needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, processing transactions accurately, and working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong ability to work under pressure, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You should also be able to lift up to 60 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly around the store. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous retail experience is preferred.
