We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at Interim HealthCare of Western Michigan - Staffing. As a nurse with us, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and assignments, allowing you to achieve a better work-life balance.

Our LPNs and RNs enjoy a competitive salary range, with LPNs earning between $35-$37 per hour and RNs earning between $41-$43 per hour. Additionally, we offer flexible assignments to fit your needs, without requiring weekends or holidays. You will also receive weekly pay, as well as benefits such as health, dental, vision, life, and short-term and long-term disability insurance. 401(k)/Roth and pet insurance are also included.

As a nurse with us, you will be responsible for providing patient care in various settings, including medical offices, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and schools. You will work closely with a team of physicians, nurses, CNAs, and aides to deliver excellent patient care. Your duties will include taking patient vitals, doing assessments, documenting progress, and reporting changes to your RN supervisor. You will also assist in carrying out physician's orders, administering medication, operating medical equipment, and maintaining a safe environment.

To be eligible for this position, you must be a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and hold a valid LPN or RN license in the State of Michigan. CPR certification is also required. You should have knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations, as well as demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communication skills, and compassion.
