Habilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Habilitation Specialist to join our team. As a Habilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct care services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including the development, implementation, and monitoring of Staff Action Plans and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including Day Habilitation services
- Oversight of direct care staff in the delivery of services
- Ensure correct implementation and oversight of all billing requirements and other associated documentation
- Provide clinical input, documentation, and attendance at Life Plan meetings
- Flexibility with beginning and end times, depending on the habilitation services and support needs
- Bachelor's or higher-level degree in a human services field
- Ability to drive from one location to another and transport people in multiple sized vehicles
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
