Job Summary:

Campus Apartments is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Apartment Groundsperson to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our properties.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct pruning and landscape maintenance to ensure the grounds are well-manicured and visually appealing.
• Trim, edge, and mulch as directed to maintain the property's aesthetic appeal.
• Rake leaves and collect debris from grounds and common areas to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways, including trash collection, to maintain a tidy and organized space.
• Assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor to ensure the pool area is safe and clean.
• Assist with light maintenance as directed by supervisor to address any facility-related issues.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills to interact with residents and colleagues.
• Ability to follow instructions efficiently and effectively.
