Job Title: Physical Therapist PRN

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis.

Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, design, and implement patient plans of care to increase, maintain, or restore function, minimize or prevent disability, and assist patients in reaching their maximum performance levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and establish treatment plans with functional and/or work-related goals
  • Progress treatment and goals as needed
  • Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Supervise rehabilitation aides and administrative staff as needed
  • Document all treatment and complete written communications in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Current Professional licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Ability to read, write/type, and speak English proficiently
