Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Newton, MA. As a Thriveworks clinician, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population and receive support from our team to help you succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements
  • LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) licensure in Massachusetts
  • Ability to work a minimum of 15 sessions per week
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
