We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Float Pool Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide routine and complex care to patients in Medsurg, Telemetry, and Intermediate Care settings, in accordance with patient treatment plans.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, utilizing evidence-based practice and critical thinking skills.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient unit operations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of unit-specific competencies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical policies, standards, and procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of combined experience required in Medsurg/Telemetry and Intermediate Care.
- 5 years of experience preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- RN License in state of employment or compact required.
