Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of coaches and staff
  • Develop and implement coaching strategies and programs
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of school-level coaching experience
  • Ability to communicate with middle school students
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
