Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Holiday Inn Express and Suites Alcoa. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain hotel rooms, including changing bed linen, making beds, and replenishing bath care products.
  • Restock beverages and food items in the mini-bar and clean public areas, such as corridors.
  • Report any technical issues and maintenance needs to the hotel management.
  • Address guests' questions and provide assistance with lost items.
  • Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift.
  • Follow hotel security guidelines and maintain a high level of customer service.
Requirements
  • Previous work experience as a Room Attendant or Housekeeper.
  • Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products.
  • Good physical health and stamina to perform the duties of the job.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • High school diploma is a plus.
