Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Carondelet St. Marys Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, implement and monitor patient care plans, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provides direct nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Develops and implements individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, physical condition, and personal preferences.
  • Coordinates with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Monitors patient condition, reports changes to the healthcare team, and makes adjustments to the care plan as needed.
  • Provides education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
Requirements
  • Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or others as required by individual department.
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.
