About the Role:
Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana is seeking a skilled and motivated Production Manufacturing Team Member to join our team. As a Production Manufacturing Team Member, you will play a critical role in the production of high-quality vehicles, working closely with our team to ensure that every vehicle meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform physically demanding manufacturing duties, including assembly, inspection, and quality control.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by following safety protocols and reporting any hazards or incidents.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce costs.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old and able to comprehend written standardized work documents.
  • Must be able to perform basic math and learn machine operations.
  • Must be able to visually identify defects based on set standards.
  • Must have attention to detail and a commitment to following standardized work to maintain the highest level of quality standards.
  • Must be flexible and willing to adjust to the changing needs of a fast-paced production environment.

Work Schedule:
Shifts run Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts and overtime as needed. First shift hours are 6:30 am to 3:15 pm, and second shift hours are 7:15 pm to 4:00 am.
