Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with residents, their families, and facility staff to provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us deliver exceptional clinical care and improve the quality of life for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of each resident's needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that address their unique challenges and goals.
- Collaborate with primary care physicians, family members, and facility staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant documentation, adhering to Eventus WholeHealth's policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with facility staff and administration, providing education and feedback as needed to support high-quality care.
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements, professional standards, and best practices in mental health care, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
To be considered for this role, you must have a Master's degree in social work and a current license to practice as an LCSW. You should possess excellent assessment and intervention skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience working in long-term care settings or with vulnerable populations is highly desirable.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
