We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse II to join our team at the Commonwealth of Virginia. As a Registered Nurse II, you will play a critical role in providing quality nursing care to adult and geriatric psychiatric patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care through the nursing process, adhering to hospital policy and procedure, and standards of nursing practice.
- Evaluate, supervise, document, and provide guidance to staff in performance of duties.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current Virginia license to practice as a Registered Nurse or license eligible.
- Previous RN experience required.
