Key Responsibilities

• Reports to and is mentored by the Lead Partner Doctor.
• Helps set the tone in the office and builds and maintains office culture.
• Sets clear expectations and provides training and coaching to the clinical team on clinical processes and preferences.
• Markets to new and existing referrals.
• Examines, diagnoses, and treats the nerve and dental tissue of a patient's teeth.
• Administers anesthetics.
• Performs root canals and various endodontic surgeries, such as apicoectomies.
• Addresses traumatic dental injuries.
• Stays up-to-date with new trends.

Requirements

• Surgical experience is preferred.
• DDS or DMD with a completed certificate of residency from an accredited endodontic residency program.
