The Senior Maintenance Supervisor will lead the maintenance operations for multi-family residential properties, ensuring both interior and exterior maintenance tasks are completed effectively. Responsibilities include:
- Addressing all service requests within one business day, barring extraordinary circumstances.
- Executing all maintenance and repair tasks (both major and routine) for apartments, common areas, and amenities.
- Overseeing make-ready processes in vacant units, including debris removal, repairs, painting, and lock inspections.
- Maintaining an organized maintenance shop.
- Identifying and resolving any unsafe conditions promptly, reporting concerns to management.
- Fostering a positive work environment and enhancing the quality of living for residents.
- Adhering to Fair Housing practices and regulations.
Candidates should possess knowledge of electrical and mechanical appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting, and a basic understanding of plumbing, carpentry, and irrigation systems. Availability for on-call duties related to our 24-hour maintenance guarantee is essential. Individual AC experience is required, along with HVAC certification or the ability to obtain it as specified.
