Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities encompass managing a significant caseload of litigation. Under the guidance of a partner, the following tasks are representative of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Drafting, preparing, and managing pleadings, motions, orders, and legal memoranda.
  • Responding to written discovery and dispositive motions.
  • Conducting thorough legal research with proficiency.
  • Preparing and conducting depositions of parties and experts.
  • Reviewing client documents and drafting case evaluations and status reports.
  • Participating in mediations and court appearances.

Note: Only candidates who are currently licensed and possess at least two years of litigation experience (defense and/or plaintiff) should submit their resumes.
