Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication challenges
- Provide therapy services to improve speech, language, fluency, and swallowing disorders
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and families to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
