Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist

LRS Healthcare - Imaging is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join their team for a travel assignment in Windsor, Vermont.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ultrasound Technologist to work in our state-of-the-art imaging department. As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures using ultrasound technology.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform ultrasound procedures on patients to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, explain the process, and position them correctly for imaging.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient procedures, images, and results.
Requirements:
  • Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
  • 2+ years of experience in ultrasound imaging.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
