We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team at Oral Surgery Consultants of Pennsylvania. As a key member of our oral surgery practice, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our surgeons in delivering high-quality services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Surgical Support: Assist our oral surgeons in various procedures, including IV sedations, and ensure a safe and efficient environment for patients.
  • Assist in Oral Surgery Procedures: Take and develop radiographs, sterilize instrumentation, and prepare tray setups as needed.
  • Monitor Inventory: Maintain accurate records of office supplies, medications, and equipment to ensure optimal office efficiency.
  • Provide Pre and Post-Operative Instructions: Communicate effectively with patients and provide clear guidance on pre and post-operative care.
Requirements:
  • Education and Certifications: High School Diploma/GED required; Pennsylvania certification in Oral Radiology (completed or pending completion within 3-6 months); CPR certification (offered on-site as needed); and a valid driver's license with automobile insurance.
  • Skills and Qualities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, flexibility in scheduling, and a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
