Job Title: Computed Tomography Technologist

Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join their team in Newton Lower Falls, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Computed Tomography Technologist to work in our 200-bed facility, located 15 miles west of Boston. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computed tomography and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients correctly.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, scan results, and equipment maintenance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques to provide the best possible care.
Requirements:
  • ARRT-CT certification or ability to obtain upon offer.
  • Experience working with GE and Siemens equipment.
  • Ability to work 8-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift 50-100 pounds.
