Responsibilities:

  • Perform assessments and determine the total nursing needs of assigned patients.
  • Formulate a goal-directed plan of care and develop appropriate nursing diagnoses based on needs specific to the standard of care and updates according to policy.
  • Accurately perform nursing actions to achieve patient care goals.
  • Evaluate quality of patient care and outcomes based on care and treatments administered.
  • Accept responsibility for one's own professional standards.

Requirements:

  • ASN minimum required
  • Current Florida RN License
  • BLS Required
  • ACLS within 12 months of employment or transfer
