Senior Care Leadership Position

We are seeking a skilled Evening Shift Supervisor to join our team at Rosewalk Village. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional care, and the ability to inspire their colleagues.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of nursing staff during evening shifts, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Develop and distribute written nursing assignments to ensure efficient resident care.
- SUPervise and mentor direct care staff to enhance their skills and job satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values in interactions with residents, family members, customers, and colleagues.
- Possess a graduate degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
- Hold at least two years of experience in direct care settings, including long-term care, acute care, or geriatric nursing.
- Have one year of supervisory or management experience with direct care staff.
- Hold a current active Indiana state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Obtain current CPR certification.
