**Salary:** $85,000 - $115,000 per year.

**Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze account reconciliations and journal entries to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with GAAP.
  • Develop and maintain general ledger accounts, including assets, liabilities, equity, revenues, and expenses.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare budgets and forecasts, and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required. Minimum of three years of accounting experience preferred.
  • Proficient in general ledger accounting with clear understanding of GAAP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to recognize historical trends and perform variance analysis.
  • Excellent documentation skills, with ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
