">Job Summary
">We are seeking a board-certified Internist or residency-trained veterinarian in Small Animal Internal Medicine to join our team at BluePearl Downtown Seattle. As a key member of our hospital, you will be responsible for providing expert medical care to our patients, collaborating with our team to ensure seamless patient flow, and contributing to the growth and development of our Internal Medicine department.

Requirements

- Board certification or residency training in Small Animal Internal Medicine">
- Possession of a valid veterinary license in the state of Washington">
- Demonstrated expertise in internal medicine, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients">
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions">
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect">
Compensation and Benefits
">We offer a competitive salary range of $193k - $281k per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to your base salary, you may also be eligible to earn certain production bonuses, as determined by company policy. Our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match, flexible work schedules, paid time off, and parental leave. We also offer mental health support from a team of licensed social workers, 12 free mental health sessions each year through Lyra, and access to a team of trained, certified mental health first aiders.
