Job Summary

The Advanced Heart Failure ICU at University Hospitals Health System is a 10-bed specialty care unit that provides expert care to adult patients experiencing heart failure. Our team of skilled nurses works closely with patients and their families to develop personalized care plans that address their unique needs and goals.

Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse in our Advanced Heart Failure ICU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures. You will also work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our patients.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a current RN license and at least 1 year of experience in a critical care setting. You must also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Additionally, you must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
