Job Title: Server - Ruth's Chris Team

This role involves maintaining positive guest interactions while providing exceptional service in a friendly and efficient manner. We are seeking an individual with a passion for hospitality who can maintain a professional demeanor, wear a clean and presentable uniform, and practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all shifts.

Responsibilities:
  • Anticipate and recognize guests' needs, responding promptly and efficiently.
  • Take orders, serve food and drinks, and respond to inquiries about the menu.
  • Suggestively sell food and drinks, enhancing the overall dining experience.
Requirements and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $$50,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience.
