We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enhanced Watersports Professional to join our team at Neilson Active Holidays.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional watersports instruction and experiences to our guests, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service.

• Deliver Outstanding Watersports Instruction
  • Provide expert instruction and guidance to guests of all ages and skill levels in sailing and windsurfing.
  • Ensure that all instruction is delivered in a safe and controlled environment.
• Assist in Preparing and Organising Activities
  • Work closely with the Beach Team to prepare and organise activities, including setting up equipment and ensuring that all necessary safety procedures are in place.
• Maintain the Highest Standards of Health and Safety
  • Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and stored, and that all safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring that they have a positive and enjoyable experience.

• Qualifications and Experience
  • Royal Yachting Association (RYA) - Windsurfing or Dinghy Instructor qualification.
  • Two or more of the following qualifications: Powerboat Instructor, Multihull endorsement, Race Coach, Advanced Sailing Instructor, Wing Surf Instructor, or Intermediate Non-Planing Windsurf Instructor.

  • The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to deliver fun, engaging, safe and informative tuition.
  • Knowledge of the current Sailing/Windsurfing industry is desirable.
