We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our team at Elgen Staffing, a leading staffing agency in New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Tig and Mig welding on large industrial size stainless steel equipment.
  • Weld thin gauge (16 GA) materials.
  • Read prints and work on sheet metal projects.

Requirements:

  • Must possess mechanical skills and be able to read blueprints.
  • Experience with purge welding is required.
  • At least 3 years of Mig and Tig welding experience, with a focus on working with stainless steel.
